		<description><![CDATA[I measure success in my kids in terms of character (as it looks like you do, too). I don&#039;t want my kids to earn six figures if they have to swindle folks in order to do it. I&#039;d much rather have crew of thoughtful, respectful, and respectable kids any day.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think that kids look to their parents and pick and choose what they want to be from how there parents are. When kids are young that is all they know and they have a lot of traits like their parents but as they grow up the kids may say well i didnt like how dad did this. I am not going to be like that. or that is way cool, I want to be like that. I think it is important to get out their and let your kids know you are proud of them no matter what they do. For instance I am not a fan of sports but when my kids do good. I let them know that i am so proud of them!]]></description>
